LEADING CHANGE

Discover the benefits of collaboration to proactively lead organizational change.

Learn about leading change in a living, learning laboratory, where we agree to participate in collaborative exercises to develop change management process skills. Together, we will explore four common sense stages to leading a successful change management initiative.  These four stages provide an action roadmap, and form the basis for leading and implementing change management processes in any organization:

Stage 1 – Envisioning Change

  • Identify need for change
  • Craft breakthrough vision
  • Champion of change

Stage 2 – Preparing for Change

  • Stakeholder analysis
  • Create awareness
  • Build support/overcome resistance
  • Change plan

Stage 3 – Making Change Happen

  • Put change in place
  • Communicate new ways
  • Help people adjust

Stage 4 – Sustaining Change

  • Consistency
  • Communications
  • Continuous Improvement Strategies

METHOD OF INSTRUCTION: collaborative skill development exercises with individual reflection, dialogue and corporate storytelling.
