TEAM BUILDING

1. Working Well in Teams

Envisioning the Team that Works Well: Consider an organizational setting in which you were able to grow and prosper… A situation in which you could operate from your fullest capacity – a situation that you consider to be successful, one in which people were growing and making contributions.

What are the characteristics of that situation?  When we can envision a successful team, we can create one. In this full day workshop, and with your active participation, you will:

1)   Understand the team development and management process;

2)   Have experienced the practical results of true collaboration and consensus decision making;

3)   Develop strategies, tips and take-away ideas to sustain team performance and continuous improvement.

METHOD OF INSTRUCTION: Interactive collaborative-based problem solving, consensus decision-making and team skill development exercises with individual reflection, dialogue and personal storytelling.

LEAD INSTRUCTOR: BJ McCabe, M.Ed., President, Idein Rise Incorporated

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Team leaders and team members.
